From
September 22, 2025
An Invitation to Tender for the learning and evaluation of the Global Citizens' Assembly for COP30 has been released.
According to the tender document, "the evaluation seeks to assess to what extent the Global Citizens’ Assembly contributes to building new climate governance arrangements that accelerate the just transition, while encouraging more ambitious citizen and institutional actions, fostering local and global solidarity (as an antidote to polarisation), promoting large-scale learning (as an antidote to misinformation), and enhancing inclusion in decision-making."
The deadline for tender submissions is 19 October 2025.
